New Seal-of-Quality Award for Tyrol’s Ski Schools

Snowsport tirol - TYROLEAN SKI TEACHERS association presents quality award

1921, St. Anton am Arlberg. Hannes Schneider founds Austria’s first ski school. Lots of snow has fallen on the peaks since that day, new trend sports have utterly redefined the notion of skiing. Nowadays what counts is fun in motion, both on and off piste.

The Tyrolean Ski Schools have an extremely high reputation all over the world. They have developed and implemented audience-oriented instruction methods again and again. It goes without saying that in their 195 ski schools, all snow sports and trend sports are right at home. About 6,000 ski teachers instruct as many as 700,000 guests every season. Professionally and comprehensively.

The “Quality Award - Snowsport Tirol” of the Tyrolean Ski Teachers Association propels the quality-driven evolution of the ski schools along their internationally recognized path. For the first time, quality criteria which can actually be measured have been created and applied in the new Seal-of-Quality for Austrian ski instruction. Ski schools which have been granted this award guarantee their guests the highest possible quality standards.
